Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on March 2016, the Defendant purchased a reflecter via the Internet on the early 2016, and applied a reflecter to the front number plate of the Defendant’s C vehicle at Pyeongtaek-si B and E 302, and operated it to Pyeongtaek-si.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
