Defendant

A is a person who operates a game room in the name of “F” in the building located in the Gu and Si, and Defendant B is the head of the business of the above game room, and Defendant D and Defendant C are the employees of the above game room.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2013. 2. 20.경부터 2014. 3. 11. 19:00경까지 위 게임장을 운영하면서 성명을 알 수 없는 사람으로부터 구입한 엔젤포커 게임기 53대를 설치한 후, 위 게임장을 찾은 불특정 다수의 손님들이 게임자동진행장치(속칭 ‘똑딱이’)를 사용하여 위 게임기의 포커 게임을 하면서 정해진 족보에 따라 얻게 되는 점수를 그곳 종업원들로 하여금 점수보관증 형태로 작성해 주게 하고, 위 점수보관증을 가져온 손님들에게 영업부장인 B 등을 통해 획득한 점수에서 10%를 공제한 현금으로 환전해 주는 방법으로 사행행위를 하게 하였다.
