1. Larceny;

B. At around 12:00 on November 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the wallets containing credit cards, etc. set up in the victim C in a comprehensive reading room on the second floor of the Cried Central Library; and (b) cut off the victim’s crepit with a cresh.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On November 5, 2019, around 13:47, the Defendant purchased goods at the E-store operated by the victim under his/her name in Sinung-si D, and at the same time, 1-B.

As in the same paragraph, a new card in the name of stolen C was presented as one of its own cards, and 2,200 won was settled.

B. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:49, at the GP bank 2, operated by the victim under the name in the F in Silung-si on November 5, 2019, the above 1-B.

As in the same paragraph, a stolen-friendly C card was presented as one of its own cards and settled 30,000 won of the PC bank usage fee.

C. On November 5, 2019, around 13:53, the Defendant purchased goods at the IE store operated by the victim under his name in Sih on November 5, 2019, and 1-B.

As in the same paragraph, a stolen-friendly C card was presented as one of its own cards and settled KRW 4,500.

On November 5, 2019, the Defendant purchased goods at the J convenience store operated by the victim under the name in the name of the victim who was in an influence situation (hereinafter referred to as “influence”) around 14:14, and 1-B.

As in the same paragraph, a new card in the name of stolen C was presented as one of its own cards, and 2,950 won was settled.
