A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the lost objects of possession at the D entertainment room located in the building C Dong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, with the acquisition of the victim E’s national card lost, new card, etc., and then embezzled without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 17:31, 2019, at the F convenience point located in the building C Dong-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si; (b) by deceiving an employee who was a victim of his own card after having completed the KB national card that he lost; (c) by purchasing one cigarette of an amount equivalent to KRW 45,000 and one cigarette of an amount equivalent to KRW 8,000, the Defendant paid the amount by presenting the said card under the name of E, as if the Defendant was a legitimate licensee of the said card.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivingd the victim and received the property, and used the KB National Card lost by E.

3. On July 15, 2019, at the I store located in the Hdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Goyangdong-gu, Goyangdong-gu, the Defendant attempted to deceive his employee who is a victim of his name in the absence of his or her card and purchase an influence of his or her name as if he or she had been his or her card, but he or she failed to report the loss of his or her card to suspend the use of his or her card.

around 21:06 on October 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking advantage of the victim L, whose total market price is equivalent to KRW 80,00,00,00, which was delivered to the 5th entrance of the "K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K KK", and cosmetics.
