A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 1 to 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 18, 2013 by the Seoul Northern District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and the said judgment was finalized on October 18, 2013.

On March 2013, when the Defendant sent his photographic file to B along with B known to a police officer via the Internet, B forged his photographic identity card using another person’s name, resident registration number, and then delivered it to the Defendant. The Defendant, when he opened his cell phone through a forged identification card at a communications agency and delivered it to B, he again gathered to deliver it to the said agency.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, has a motor vehicle driver's license for C in the name of the commissioner of the Gyeongnam Police Agency, and a resident registration certificate for D in the name of the head of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and a resident registration certificate for E in the name of the head of the Ulsan Metropolitan City.
