1. Defendant A had his own photograph attached to another person’s resident registration certificate, and around October 2005, Defendant A opened H’s resident registration certificate at a restaurant near the hill Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and around March 2006, Defendant A requested to create a new resident registration certificate by putting his/her photograph on the ship’s resident registration certificate and the Defendant’s photograph, and around that time, I attached the Defendant’s photograph on the photo page of H’s resident registration certificate.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above I President, forged one resident registration certificate for H in the name of the head of Sung-gun, an official document for the purpose of uttering.
2. On June 2008, Defendant B changed his identification card from the Defendant’s house located in the GJ of Mag-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Man-si, and changed part of Defendant’s resident registration number “K” to “M” in a knife knife with a knife method.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered the resident registration certificate of the defendant in the name of the Yongsan Market as an official document.
