On April 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch branch, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on February 10, 2010.

A. The Defendant forged a resident registration certificate issued as of May 15, 201 with the knowledge of C’s resident registration number, and forged a certificate of application for issuance of C’s resident registration certificate to the Defendant, using the certificate of application for issuance of the resident registration certificate, and had the intent to apply for issuance of C’s mobile phone membership under C’s name.

Accordingly, on May 2012, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City patrolman, prepared and printed the above C’s Korean language name, Chinese name, and resident registration number in the computer, using the computer, and copied the Defendant’s name in the column of name of Korean and Chinese characters of the confirmation form for application for the issuance of resident registration certificate to the Defendant without authority, after entering C’s Korean name, Chinese name, and resident registration number into C’s resident registration number column,

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a certificate of application for issuance of a resident registration certificate against C in the name of the head of Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

B. On May 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name and resident registration number specified in paragraph (1) C in the “new service information” column of the “new service contract” that was kept in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City without authority for the purpose of exercising the rights at the F management G located in Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City around May 31, 2012; and (b) signed the “customer for application for subscription” column with C’s name.

In addition, the Defendant stated the name and resident registration number of the above C in the “subscriber” column of the “subscriber” that was kept at the same place, and signed the said “Buyer” column with the name of the said C.

The defendant continues to submit to F a forged service contract and one copy of each application for subscription, as above, to F without knowledge of the fact.
