Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 14, 2012, at around 21:45, the Defendant discovered that approximately 300 assembly participants participating in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Abolition demands meeting” held in the Cheong River in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, were moving ahead of the Cheongcheon-do Cheongcheon-do Mandong, leading to the front of the Cheongcheon-do Mancheon-do Mancheon-do Mannam-do, and the Defendant continued to move along along with it, and led to the flow of vehicles by bringing about reliefs, such as “the withdrawal of the Korea-U.S. FTA and the withdrawal of CJ,” along the Cheongnam-do, bypassing to the Cheong River basin of the East Asian Cultural Park in accordance with the Cheongnam-do.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
