Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 3, 2011, the Defendant participated in the assembly, from around 14:00 to around 16:00 on November 3, 201, and took part in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification Prohibition Assembly” on the side side of the National Assembly of Yong-do, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for about two hours at around 2 hours from around 14:00 to around 16:00, the Defendant was driving ahead of the conference with approximately 1,50 participants at the conference.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the general traffic.

2. On November 10, 201, the Defendant participated in the assembly’s general traffic obstruction meeting from around 14:00 to around 16:00 on November 10, 201, and took part in the “an assembly denying the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA” at the direction of the National Assembly of the Korea-Japan Industrial Bank in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for a approximately two-hour period from around 14:0 to around 16:00, the Defendant was driving ahead of the conference with approximately 1,50 participants as the intention.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the general traffic.

3. On November 22, 201, the Defendant participated in the assembly from around 21:0 to around 22:00 on November 22, 201, 201, and 1 hours up to around 21:2:00, the Defendant 1,200 participants who participated in the assembly in the assembly at the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea-U.S. FTA ratification”), and 1,200 participants who participated in the assembly at the meeting via the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea-U.S. FTA ratification, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the general traffic.

4. On November 26, 2011, the Defendant participated in the assembly from around 18:00 to around 22:30 minutes from around 18:0 on November 26, 201, to around 26:30 minutes, participating in the “an assembly against the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA” on the side of the vehicle adjacent to the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for approximately KRW 1,500 of the participants in the assembly, and was driving from around 1,50 to the end of 3-ro.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the general traffic.

5. On December 10, 2011, the Defendant who participated in the assembly to a general traffic obstruction shall be the Jung-gu Seoul Central District Branch for about four hours from around 18:00 on December 10, 201 to around 22:00.
