Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 23, 2011, the Defendant participated in the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification (Korea-U.S. FTA ratification), which is being held by the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters” at the Seoul Square located in Jung-gu, Seoul.
After the completion of the above assembly, from 21:00 to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to occupy the way prior to viewing with approximately 3,00 participants in other assemblies, and continued to occupy the way prior to viewing, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On December 10, 2011, the Defendant, on December 10, 201, held a “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters for the People’s Campaign in the Cheong River in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and participated in the Night Culture System for the fourth-party Criminal.
After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant moved along with approximately 1,50 participants in other assemblies from around 19:40 on the same day to around 21:10 on the same day, while moving along the audience paths from around 19:40 to around 1,50 on the same day, and driven along the intersection of the luminous intersection and the front line of the shooting distance in the east-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
