Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 29, 2011, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on June 29, 201, took part in the Cheongdo square located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, to participate in the conference and finished the conference. At around 15:15 on the same day, the Defendant occupied 8 lanes in front of the Cheongdo square, including approximately 6,000 participants in other assemblies, and continued to interfere with the traffic of the vehicle from around 17:20 on the same day to around the end of the entrance 4th in front of the Cheongdo square, and continuing to interfere with the traffic of the vehicle from around 17:20 on the same day to about 1:50 on the same day, and from around 15:0 on the same day, from around 17:15,00 on the same day to around 15:10 on the same day, 15:50 on the Cheongdo-ro, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On August 27, 2011, the Defendant, from around 19:00 to 22:05 on August 27, 2011, held a Cheongdong-dong, Sungdong-ro, Sungdong-ro, G hotel to participate in an assembly and completed the assembly. At around 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant moved along with approximately 3,50 participants in other assemblies, and moved along with Cheongcheoncheon-ro Water Road, and 400 other participants in other assemblies, and continued to occupy two lanes on the road. From around 22:30 to 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the vehicle in front of the other participants in other assemblies, along with other participants in the assembly from around 22:30 to 22:50 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
