1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs for each Plaintiff of the “total sum of the allowances difference” listed in the attached Table 1 list.

Article 22 (Rules of Employment Effective from November 1, 2012)

1. The contractual work hours of employees shall be eight hours a day of actual work excluding meal hours and one hour to rest, and forty hours a week, and night work allowances shall be paid for night work in accordance with the form of employment referred to in paragraph (2);

2. Members shall work as part-time workers and three classes according to their respective departments and the starting and ending hours and break hours shall be as follows:

* The duty-based workers of the office: No. 09: 00 to 18:00 (time of rest: 12:00 to 13:00) * The duty-based worker of a charge station : 06:0 to 15:00 (time of rest: 12:0 to 13:00) : The end number 14:0 to 23:00 (time of rest: 18:00 to 19:00) : 22:0 to 07:0 (time of rest: 24:00 to 01:000) , which may be changed depending on the seasonal circumstances or the needs of the company.

3. Time to rest shall be freely used by members, but shall be within the workplace concerned; and

Article 53 (Definition of Wages)

1. The term "wages" means all money and valuables paid by a company to its members in compensation for their labor;

2. The term "basic pay" means a wage paid for a monthly work (based on 209 hours a month);

Article 62 (Reward)

2. The annual rate of payment of bonuses shall not exceed 280% to 310% of the base salary out of the monthly salary.

3. A bonus shall be paid only to a person who is in office as of the payment date of the bonus;

4. Time of payment: The Gu administration, the stone and the time when the company deems it necessary;

5. Payment rate: The annual reduction of performance of each person; and
