Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 19, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and sentenced to one year and one year for embezzlement at the Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court on October 26, 2007. B. On August 1, 2010, at around 19:19, the Defendant remitted 4.40,000 won of philopon to a new bank account in the above F’s name, and purchased approximately 0.35 g of philopon from D at around 21:0 on the same day.

C. On August 4, 2010, at around 12:45, the Defendant remitted KRW 50,000 to the new bank account in the above F’s name, and purchased approximately 0.03g of philophones in the front of the H-road from D on the same day at around 14:00 on the same day.

On August 4, 2010, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 50,000 won for phiphones to the new bank account under the above F, and purchased approximately 0.35 gramphones from D in front of the above H, around 22:00 on the same day.

E. On August 13, 2010, the Defendant was a new bank account with the above F’s name around 14:51.
