A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Two vaccination equipment (proof No. 1) for administration of philophones seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 30, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 300,000 to a new bank passbook in the name of E, E, the latter, from E, the Republic of Korea, at the D Hospital located in Seoul, with the knowledge of Pyeongtaek, from E, the Defendant purchased a penphone, using approximately 0.25 g of psychotropic drugs (the name philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

2. The Defendant, at the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, inserted approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from the above D Hospital Hospital ward ward ward, as set out in paragraph 1, into a disposable injection machine, and administered them by dilution with distilled water.

3. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones purchased from G Hospital Hospital Hospital Hospital ward ward ward ward ward in Gwangju-si, in a single-use injection machine; and (b) administered them by dilution with distilled water.

4. On November 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from the above G Hospital’s ward ward ward room in a single-use injection machine, and administered them by dilution with spawns.

5. On July 11, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,00 to a new bank passbook with the above F’s name in the parking lot of HI Hospital located in the original city, and purchased chophones with approximately 0.5g of chophones contained in E, one-time chophones.

6. The Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, such as paragraph 5, into a single-use injection machine, and administered them by dilution with distilled water.

7. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant remitted KRW 200,000 to a new bank passbook in the above F name at the I Hospital Hospital Hospital Hospital Hospital in Gangwon-do, and purchased 0.2 g of phiphonephones entered in E from E.

8. The Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased at a time and place as referred to in paragraph 7, such as the foregoing paragraph 7, into a disposable injection machine, and dilution with dives.
