A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), as follows:
1. On February 5, 2015, the Defendant remitted 620,000 won of philopon to C via the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of D used by C, with the request to rescue philopon, and purchased approximately 0.35 g of philopon which is contained in C from the street near the Goyang-dong, Manyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, 23:00 on the same day, and 23:00 on the same day.
2. Around 01:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred approximately 0.06 grams from the Defendant’s house located in Goyang-si, Mangsan-si F and 301 708 at the Defendant’s house, as seen above, to a single-use divers and dilution of aquatic dilution; and (b) administered them by means of injection into the Defendant’s left bloodline.
3. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked and contacted C to use a penphone; and (b) purchased 1,000,000 philopon from the street in front of the bus stops located near H located in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu; and (c) purchased 0.35 g of philopon which is contained in the disposable injection machine.
4. At around 02:00 on February 28, 2015, the Defendant transferred approximately 0.06g of the instant philophones purchased as stated in the said paragraph 2.3 to a single-use injection machine for another use, which was dilution with aquatic water, and administered them by means of injection to the Defendant’s left real blood cells.
5. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1,050,000 from the national bank account in the name of D used by C using the Defendant’s imprisonment account in the name of the national bank account in the name of J; and (b) intended to purchase approximately 0.35 gramphones; (c) however, at around 20:25 on the same day, a strike, near the Gi-dong 273-1 Tri-dong 273-1 Triwon, is the wind from which C police is arrested.
