A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3.6 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant is eligible to handle narcotics.

1. Purchasing a psychotropic drug cropopon (one philographopon; hereinafter referred to as "philoopon");

A. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of KRW 600,000 to the national bank account in B, and purchased approximately KRW 2-3 hours thereafter, using approximately KRW 0.7 gramphones contained in D in D for a single-use vehicle located in the Defendant’s Dana car located in the Hanyang-gu Sungdong Station located in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Sungyang-gu, Sungyang-gu, Sung-si.

B. The defendant under the same year

7.5.Around the same period of time, remitted 600,000 won of a phiphone purchase price to D and purchased approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in D for a single-use injection at the foregoing place after 2-3 hours thereafter.

(c) The same year;

7. 22. Around 22.20.m. remitted 600,000 won of the purchase price of phiphones to D in the same manner, after 2-3 hours thereafter, purchased approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in D in the disposable injection machine at the same place as above.

For the same year

9.3.Before 2-3 hours from remitting 600,000 won of phiphone purchase price to D in the same manner, and purchasing approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in D at the same place as above.

(e) The same year;

9.15. Around the same period of time, 600,000 won was remitted to D using the same method, and 2-3 hours thereafter purchased 0.7 gramphones contained in D’s disposable injection machine at the same place of time as above.

(f) around 16:29 of the same year, at F located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, remitted the purchase price of 600,000 won for phiphones to D in the same manner, and purchased 0.8 gramphones in the same place as D on the 17th day of the same month at around 01:00 and purchased 0.8 gramphones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On June 5, 2014, at the Defendant’s house located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 908dong 817, one-time medication of a philophone purchased from the Defendant’s house to the circumstances described in the above paragraph 1(a).
