A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase psychotropic drugs from C in order to purchase a psychotropic-related psychotropic drug Mespon (one-name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) transferred KRW 1.2 million to the account of community credit cooperatives (E) in the name of “D” used by C, but did not contact with C; (c) did not have any contact with C, and did so in an attempted attempt.

2. On August 19, 2014, the Defendant remitted KRW 1.3 million to the account of community credit cooperatives under the above D’s name, which was used by the Defendant, for the purchase price of phiphones. On the 21st of the same month, the Defendant purchased approximately 3 grams of vinyl C and 1 disposable philopon in the Defendant’s G acid car parked on the street near the building in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around the new wall hour.

3. On August 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.1g of philopon on a single-time clopon on the Defendant’s copon vehicle parked at the same place as above; and (b) administered copon in a way that C injecteds the Defendant’s left arms into the bloodline.

4. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant, purchased and kept from C at the Defendant’s office located in Hasju-si, Hasju-si, Hasju-si, by dilutioning the philophone’s scopon into the scopon, and administered philo
