1. It is confirmed that an insurance contract entered into between the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is invalid.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 30, 2010, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with the insured as the Defendant indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. On February 19, 201, the Defendant was hospitalized for 18 days due to the crupt and shouldered base, etc., and was hospitalized for 508 days in total as indicated in the following table on the details of hospitalization and payment of insurance proceeds until September 11, 2013, and claimed insurance proceeds under the instant insurance contract from March 15, 201 to June 19, 2013, and was paid KRW 23,470,000 in total from the Plaintiff.
