1. Basic facts

A. On October 15, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, stating the content of the insurance contract, “the content of the instant insurance contract” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the content of the main security for the injury, death, after-the-job disability, and the cost of injury hospitalization, etc. as the insured.

B. The Defendant was hospitalized for 527 days in total on 24 occasions from May 26, 2011 to June 2, 2014 as indicated in the following table, and received insurance proceeds of KRW 21,580,000 from the Plaintiff over 17 times from June 10, 201 to May 12, 2014 according to the instant insurance contract.
