A. On March 31, 2010, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). From April 11, 2010 to December 4, 2014, the Defendant was hospitalized for 319 days in total and received KRW 18,858,483 in total as insurance money, as follows.
