Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on September 29, 201, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the vehicle by holding the vehicle through a series of other participants in the conference, who participated in the 700-lane intersection and “B” conference in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and by holding the road along with other participants in the conference.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
