Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2014, the Defendant registered as a candidate at an election of executive officers (non-standing auditors) of the Jeonju-gu Association around February 10, 2014 and won the election on February 20, 2014.

No person shall express his/her intention to provide or offer money, goods, entertainment or other property benefits to a cooperative member or his/her family member, or an institution, organization or facility established and operated by a cooperative member or his/her family member or his/her family member, for the purpose of having him/her or a specific person elected or not elected as an executive or representative of a localE.

Nevertheless, at around 13:45 on February 18, 2014, the Defendant offered 4.5 kilograms “raw water” and “one box” to G for the purpose of getting elected from the above officer’s election. However, the Defendant expressed his intent to offer goods, etc. by being rejected from G. for the purpose of getting elected from the above officer’s election.
