[Criminal Power] On December 24, 2015, the Defendant was released on June 30, 2016 while serving in prison for six months after having been sentenced to imprisonment for forging Private Document at the Busan District Court, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on August 28, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing Hashed car.

1. On July 1, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of the said rocketing car at a section of about 12 km from the Busan Shipping Daegu apartment to the Taenam-dong located in the Southern-do, without obtaining a driver’s license on July 1, 2019.

2. The Defendant: (a) while driving the said car on the road near the intersection in the border as set forth in paragraph (1) near the intersection in order to obtain a license from the Inspector D of the Busan Southern Police Station while breaking the central line and making an illegal internship, the Defendant was required to produce a license.

The Defendant, who did not carry the above D’s license, issued a resident registration number of E, who is the seat of the above D, and subsequently requested from the above D to enter and sign a penalty notification into the police portable device (PDA), and used it to forge the signature by pretending to E without authority in the signature column for the purpose of handling the business affairs, and presenting the forged E’s signature to the above circumstances D without knowledge of the circumstances.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) notified the police officer D of his/her identification card at the time and place specified in paragraph (2); and (b) unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number.
