A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant, at around 14:11, 201, went to cross without permission at the crosswalk in front of the hot spring shooting distance located in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the Defendant, who was aware of the Defendant’s resident registration number B, who was under the control of the police officer and demanded confirmation of his/her personal information, as his/her resident registration number, was the same as his/her resident registration number, and upon receipt of a notice of penalty payment due to a pedestrian’s violation, entered B’s signature in the portable device (PDA) and presented it to the police officer.

Accordingly, the defendant used B's resident registration number unlawfully, forged B's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

2. A crime committed on February 24, 2016;

A. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a C-motor vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 1 km from the front of the 213-dong 518 Do-dong 17:59 to the Do-dong 518 Do-dong, Busan, which was located in the same Dong; and (b) from the front of the 213-dong 518 Do-dong 201

B. Violation of the Resident Registration Act, forgery of signature of the company, and the above investigation’s signature at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant’s act of driving the above vehicle while driving the vehicle at the time and place, and it is difficult to detect the Defendant’s resident registration number B of the same student who was aware of that the Defendant’s personal information was controlled by the police without a driver’s license due to his/her wear of safety belt, and the Defendant’s act of signing the above investigation was found to be his/her resident registration number and received a notice of penalty payment due to the wearing of safety belt at the same place, and then, the Defendant stated B’

Accordingly, the defendant used B's resident registration number unlawfully, forged B's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.

3. A crime committed on August 5, 2016.

A. On August 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from the road front of the 213-dong, Busan High-dong, Busan High-dong, 518, on August 5, 2016.
