A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he handled the psychotropic drugs-related Megacule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:

1. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant paid KRW 500,000 with E, to purchase writingphones from F. On February 2, 2013, the Defendant wired KRW 1 million from the Defendant’s home of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G apartment 201 to the Internet banking account of F to the Internet banking account. On February 3, 2013, the Defendant was about KRW 0.7g from F’s car parked in front of G apartment, which was 00:00,000, from F’s car parked in front of G apartment.

As a result, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.7g of philophones from F in collaboration with E, and purchased approximately KRW 1 million.

2. On February 3, 2013, at around 00:30 on February 3, 2013, the Defendant administered 0.03 ghonon in the Defendant’s house, which is 0.03ghon to cans and coffees.

3. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant, together with E, was willing to purchase writingphones from H to purchase writing. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant transferred KRW 2 million from the Defendant’s home to the Internet banking account of H to the Internet banking account. On March 3, 2013, the Defendant 19:00, parked in H’s car parked in front of G apartment, and 2g of a penphonephones, written from H to 19:00, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 20 million from H, jointly with E, approximately KRW 2g of phiphones.

4. At around 19:00 on March 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) put a fluoral disease with approximately KRW 0.03g glass among philophones purchased, such as paragraph (3), into a fluoral disease; and (b) put the following parts of the fluoral disease into a cluor when heating the lower part of the fluoralopon into a cluor, and administered philophones.
