A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 21:00 on the first day of March 2013, the Defendant received 4.30,000 won in cash in the name of the penphone in response to the request to request psychotropic drugs from E and F from E and E, E, E, E, E, a psychotropic drug (hereinafter referred to as “one-way phone”). Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
3. At around 21:00 on the last day of March 2013, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 in cash in the name of the cash in the name of the cost for a philopon, upon a request from F to request the Defendant to seek philopon from the first floor of the studio building located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant’s flopon vehicle parked on the road in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, delivered the said money to H, and delivered approximately 0.35 g of a philopon contained in H during the one-time flopon, and delivered it to F at around 23:0 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.
4. On March 19, 2013, the Defendant received 400,000 won in cash from F to F upon the Defendant’s request to seek philopon from the Moel parking lot where the name in Songpa-gu Seoul is unknown at around 19:00, the lower court was parked on the road in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City at around 20:00.
