Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on December 8, 201, and on May 21, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence in the Ansan Prison and was not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant administered a scopon, which was among the first patrolmen of March 2014, by inserting approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs, at the home of the Defendant, the psychotropic drugs of the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Ctel 1408, between the first patrolmen of March 2014 and the second patrolmen of March 2014, using a copon to put about 0.1g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On March 2014, the Defendant provided 18:00 on the lower order of March 2014, the Defendant provided D with approximately 0.05g gramphones to D within the Defendant’s car parked on the road near the home plug located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

C. On May 5, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams at the home of the above Defendant around 20:00 on May 5, 2014 in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

On May 12, 2014, the Defendant decided to hear the Defendant’s wife E from E that F carries a phiphone and to purchase a phiphone from E along with E.

On May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) contacted E with F and purchased approximately 10 grams of 10,800,000,000,000,000,000 won from E; (b) upon F’s consent, E gave up KRW 1,80,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00,00

B and F purchased 180,000 won in a way that f.m. 1.8 million won.

As such, the Defendant conspired with E to purchase phiphones.
