Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 14, 2018, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., at the Seogsan Branch of the Daejeon District Court (hereinafter “Sail”) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Correctional District Court on February 15, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus shall not handle psychotropic drugs so that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 12:00 on July 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase phiphones from (B) known in the process of having been admitted to the Daejeon Correctional District District Office; (b) transferred KRW 400,000 to a new bank account (D) under the name of B-designated C; and (c) purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 0.7 g of phiphones delivered by the said B to the high-speed bus line from F in the Chungcheongnam-gun-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased phiphones by means of receiving approximately 0.7 g of phiphones

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 4, 2019, around 20:30 on July 4, 2019, the Defendant administered the Defendant in a way of inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine and dilution with a clopon into the arms.

B. Around July 5, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on or around July 5, 2019: (a) around 18:00.

At the home of the defendant described in the paragraph, approximately 0.01g of philophonephones were put in a disposable injection machine, dilution with bio-dives and injection into arms.

C. On July 7, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime around July 7, 2019: (a) on July 18, 2019.

At the home of the defendant described in the paragraph, approximately 0.02 g of philophones were administered by inserting them in a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-dives and injection into arms. D.

around July 8, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 15:00 on July 8, 2019.

At the home of the defendant described in the paragraph, approximately 0.03g of philophonephones were put in a disposable injection machine, dilution with bio-dives and injection into arms.

E. Around July 9, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on or around July 9, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”).
