A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

3,760,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2002, the Defendant was released on May 20, 201 and passed on July 8, 201, when he was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment with prison labor at Seoul High Court for murder, etc.

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mebacultye (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows. A.

At around 20:00 on September 19, 2010, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won from E at the frequency of “D” parking lot located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 0.7g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine from E.

B. At around 18:00 on October 6, 2010, the Defendant purchased 70,000 won from the Defendant’s house of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment 5:501 Dong 703, and purchased 0.7 ghon-phones contained in the one-time injection machine from E.

C. At around 16:00 on January 25, 201, the Defendant purchased 700,000 won from the Defendant’s Ecoo vehicle parked in the H hotel parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to E, and approximately 0.7g of philopon contained in the one-time injection machine from E. D.

At around 23:30 on January 31, 201, the Defendant received from the Defendant’s house approximately 0.7 g of philopon contained in E in a disposable injection machine from E without compensation.

E. At around 23:40 on January 31, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with E and I, put approximately 0.3g of philopon into three philopon on one-time injection machine, melting approximately 0.1g of clopon into three clopon, and injected coponon by taking one copon into one’s arms blood line.

F. At around 19:00 on February 3, 201, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won from the Defendant’s home to E, and purchased philophones by sculing approximately 0.7g of philophones contained in the disposable injection machine from E.

2. A defendant who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Refence, etc.) shall be punished on May 2012.
