Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a mobile phone sales store with the trade name of 'D' from Socheon-si, Socheon-si C.

1. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant forged a copy of “E”, “F”, “G”, “resident registration number, address, Gyeonggi-do address, Bank name, H when interesting in Gyeonggi-do,” “E”, “G resident registration number of deposit holders”, “G resident registration number of deposit holders”, “G number of new subscription information column,” “E”, “J number of new subscription information column, serial number K”, and “E” in the customer information column of application for subscription, by entering a private person adjacent to the name of the applicant.

2. The Defendant used a forged application form for a new contract for a service as referred to in the preceding paragraph to use the “written application form for a new contract for a service” and used the said investigation document in the name of E.

3. The fraud accused, using ‘a forged application for new contract of service' as stated in Paragraph 1, by opening and using one J mobile phone, and by not paying the charges of KRW 814,380, thereby acquiring pecuniary profits equivalent to the same amount.
