Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year from the Incheon District Court to imprisonment with labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 21, 2014.

1. On November 22, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the “C” mobile phone sales store located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, and (b) at the “C” mobile phone sales store, based on the information acquired by the fluoral method with the fluor D’s resident registration certificate; (c) at the customer information column of the service contract site, the Defendant stated E’s name, resident registration number, and address with the verification color pen in the service contract site information column; and (d) the Defendant stated the number, account number, name, and resident registration number column of the community credit cooperative with the verification color pen in the fee payment method column of the said site; and (e) stated the “type” in the customer column with the customer applicant’s name at his/her own discretion and signed it.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, forged a new service contract in the name of E, a private document related to rights and obligations without authority.

2. The Defendant submitted to F, the owner of the instant C mobile phone sales store a copy of the new service contract, which is a forged private document, at the time, and at the same time, at the place specified in paragraph (1).
