A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who operates ‘D', which is a mobile phone sales store in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon.

The Defendant knew that he was dead, who is the leader of the person who was aware of his knowledge of his death, and tried to open and use his mobile phone in the name of E using it. On October 19, 201, the Defendant, at the above D mobile phone sales store located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, signed F mobile phone sales store with the F mobile phone opening of his mobile phone in the name column using a verification pen in the form of a new contract for mobile phone service in the name column of E’s name, “E”, “G” in the resident registration number column, “S” in the column of the request address, “Sedong-gu, Daejeon-gu,” and “E” in the column of the name of the bank requesting automatic transfer registration, “A”, “H” in the deposit account book, and “I” in the deposit account registry column, and “E” in the customer column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged one copy of a new contract for mobile telephone service in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority, from that time to November 10, 201, and forged four copies of a new contract for mobile telephone service in the name of E (4) times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On October 19, 201, the Defendant sent a forged mobile phone service new contract in the name of E four times in total, including sending the forged mobile phone service contract to the employees of SK Telecom Co., Ltd., who are not aware of the fact at the aforementioned D mobile phone sales store located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, as seen above, as if the new contract was duly formed, and subsequently, sent it to the employees of the SK Telecom. From November 10, 201, the Defendant sent the forged mobile phone service contract in the name of E four times in total, as shown in the list of crimes.
