Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On April 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) forged private documents; and (b) forged and performed (1) on April 19, 2012, the Defendant forged a copy of the mobile phone new service contract in the name column under the name “D”, “E”, “F”, and “D” in the column of resident registration number; and “B” and “D” with the intention of using signature and seal in the column of customer registration number; and (c) forged one copy of the mobile phone service contract in the name of the private document related to rights and duties for the purpose of exercising the right and duties by signing in the name.

(2) The Defendant above 1.A.

(1) In order to open the G mobile phone in the above D name at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1), above 1.A. shall be placed in the name of the SK Telecom employee who is not aware of the forgery.

(1) As described in paragraph (1), a copy of the new service contract, as if it were duly constituted, has been submitted and exercised.

B. On July 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) forged a private document; and (b) forged a copy of the “application for the change of terminal/USIM” in the name of D, a private document, in the name of D, with the intention to put signature on and exercise the right and duty on the mobile phone column without the right to use the computer, on the paper of the “application for the change of terminal/USIM” in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) on July 24, 2012, stating that “G”, “E Act, name column,” and “814,000” in the mobile phone column without the right to use the computer; and (c) forged a copy of the “application for the change of terminal/USM” in the name of D, a private document related to the right and duty.

(2) The Defendant above 1.B.

(1) When changing the devices of DNA mobile phone from the date and place mentioned in paragraph (1) at the location of the same paragraph, 1.B. 1.B.

(1) As stated in paragraph (1), a forged “application for change of device/USM” was submitted to the same effect as if it were duly formed.

C. On December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) counterfeited private documents; and (b) forged private documents on December 27, 2012; and (c) displayed private documents on December 27, 2012.
