A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who served as an employee in the “E Gas station” located in Daegu-gu Office of Operation C. D.
1. Larceny;
A. On June 27, 2016, around 19:20 on June 27, 2016, the Defendant opened a safe room where other employees did not have corrective devices using the gaps in the supervision of other employees, and stored cash amounting to KRW 3,200,000, which was owned by the victim C in that room, in advance, and stolen it.
B. On December 2, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) 101-dong 607 of the former F apartment house in the victim G, having been drinking at middle school dong 101-dong 607; and (b) was stolen by taking one of the Defendant’s mobile phones at the time of Samsung Ggal ju, the victim’s market value, which was 600,000 won, left on the floor by taking advantage of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) was stolen.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On October 1, 2016, at around 04:56, the Defendant: (a) returned home and opened and intruded the entrance of the office room located adjacent to the main abandonment of the said gas station by using the password, which was known in advance by the victim C, after completing his/her business; (b) opened a small credit cooperative without the corrective device, and brought 50,000 won in cash, which is the ownership of the victim kept therein.
B. On December 16, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant entered the above “E gas station” and went into the office through the Vice Director after the gas station, using the gaps of surveillance neglected by the gas stations, and then stolen KRW 50,000, which is the cash owned by the said victim in the office west.

On December 18, 2016, at around 19:35, the Defendant was employed to “E gas station” and entered the said office through the third Deputy Director after having taken advantage of the gaps in which surveillance of the gas station was neglected, and then intruded into the office. The market price of the victim’s name and non-surbed box in the office is the market price.
