A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On November 6, 2019, at around 18:20, the Defendant: (a) went into the restaurant “D” operated by the victim C in Seocheon-si B; (b) went into the restaurant through the entrance that was not corrected by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off the body of the victim’s possession of the table with a 300,000 won of the market price, which includes a foreign currency of the victim’s ownership on the table; (d) a pentt; (e) a pentt; (e) a pentt; and (e) a mix with two microscopes in the market price.
B. On November 6, 2019, at around 21:11, the Defendant: (a) went into a restaurant by “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) went into the restaurant through an entrance that was not corrected by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance neglected by the victim’s work; (c) went into the restaurant; (d) 220,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim and 90,000 won in the market price; (d) 20,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim; (e) 5,000,000 won in the market price; and (e) 40,000,000 won in the monthly market price.
C. On December 10, 2019, around 18:23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the “J” operated by the victim I located in Seocheon-si H; (b) went into the lock-si room; (c) went into the door through the entrance that was not corrected by negligence of surveillance; and (d) went into the sales stand with the victim’s cash holding KRW 80,000,000, which was located on the sales stand.
Accordingly, the Defendant, throughout three times in total, stolen the property equivalent to 2.4 million won in total by intrusion on another person's structure at night.
2. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;
A. On July 24, 2019, around 13:31, 2019, the Defendant came to “M” operated by the victim L located in Bucheon-si, Seocheon-si, and went to the inside through the entrance that was not corrected by making the victim a locked place unreshed, and then intruded into the inside, and one cash, the victim’s possession, 60,000 won, and one seal imprint.
