On October 27, 2014, at around 13:00 on October 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) used a cre in the store of the victim E in the first floor of the building of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which caused the theft of five game weatherdis equivalent to the sum of market prices owned by the victim, by taking advantage of the cre in which the surveillance of employees was neglected;
