A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Metepoptopy (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Points to trade philophones;

A. On October 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of 22:00, around the end of 2016, at the Internet site (hereinafter “D site”), reported an advertisement for the sales of philophones posted by the E from the shipbuilding unit at the Internet site (hereinafter “D site”) and contacted E through the mobile phone Meet (F). After remitting the Mabio 2,500 won (Korean Won KRW 4.3 million) to E, the Defendant sold and purchased the Mabio-si Housing within the G market with approximately 1g of philophones from the head of the pre-ficial line to the Mabio-si (hereinafter “F”).

B. On November 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted with E by the aforementioned method around November 26, 2016; (b) transferred approximately KRW 22200,00 (Korean Won 400,000) to E; and (c) traded with approximately 1 g of philopon from the above mail box.

On January 26, 2017, the Defendant reconvened E around 15:00 on January 26, 2017, and traded E at the front of the exit of 12 I Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, E, provided KRW 400,00,00 to E, and approximately KRW 1g of phiphonephone from E.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant, on February 2, 2017, contacted E on February 14, 2017, and traded E at a non-permanent place located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, only KRW 400,00,00, and approximately KRW 1g of phiphones.

2. Points of receipt of philophones;

A. On February 5, 2017, around 12:30 on February 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.34g gh of the penphones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (d), from the K Kn Station located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, “L” 302 heading room near the K Kn Station; and (b) received approximately 0.34g of the penphones purchased from M (N).

B. On February 5, 2017, the Defendant, around February 22, 2017, contacted E on February 5, 2017, with around 22:00, and met E at the Defendant’s home located in Seoul Yeongdeungpo-guO and the Defendant’s home located in No. 302, E, and 1g phiphone from E.
