[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they handled the Megatop cam (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold 200,000 won from E on the road side near Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; and (b) purchased and sold 0.2g philopon to E.

2) On December 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 300,00 from E at the foregoing place; and (b) purchased and sold approximately 0.7g philopon to E.

3) On December 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 300,00 from E at the above place; and (b) purchased and sold approximately 0.7g philopon to E.

4) On December 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from E at the foregoing place; and (b) purchased and sold 0.2g philopon to E.

5) On December 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from E at the foregoing place; and (b) purchased and sold 0.2g philopon to E.

6) On January 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,00 from E from the foregoing place; and (b) purchased and sold 0.2g phiphones to E.

7) On March 12, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from F to a new bank account of the Defendant’s mother G upon the request of F to request writingphones, and then purchased and sold 0.7g opphones to F at the I nearby the I parking lot located in Ha in Ma in Ma in Ma in the same day on the same day.

8) On March 15, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from F to a new bank account of the Defendant’s mother G upon receiving a request from F to request the purchase of phiphones, and then purchased and sold 0.7g of phiphones to F from the roads near K located in the Suwon-siJ on the same day.

9) On March 23, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from F to a new bank account of the Defendant’s mother G upon receiving a request from F to request for scopon, and then purchased and sold 0.7g scopon from the roadside on the same day.
