A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, but is not a person dealing with narcotics, and shall not sell or sell, or administer a crophographer (one philopon, hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On December 12, 2018, the Defendant of the crime committed around December 12, 2018: (a) paid KRW 400,00 in cash to C, which he/she came to know through the introduction of B in the street in the vicinity of the river basin near the river basin located in the river basin in Sejong-si, Sejong-si; and (b) traded phiphones by taking approximately 1g of phiphones into consideration.

B. On March 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 400,000 in cash to the said C in the street around the river basin near the river basin in Sejong-si, Sejong-si; and (b) purchased and sold 1g of philopon by taking a philopon into account approximately KRW 1g.

On April 3, 2019, the Defendant, around April 3, 2019, sold 400,000 won in cash to the above C in the street around the west-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and sold 1g philopon by means of putting about 1g philopon into a flopon.

(d)

On April 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 400,000 in cash to the above C in the street near the river basin located in the sub-section of Sejong-si, Sejong-si; and (b) traded phiphones by taking approximately 1g of philophones into account.

E. On July 2020, the Defendant, on July 1, 2020, sold 250,000 won in cash to F, a book for the sale of philopon in the street near the original place of the E-Unioned in Ansan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, by paying KRW 1g of philopon to F, a book for the sale of philopon, and by receiving approximately 1g of philopon.

2. On July 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner of clopon using as soon as possible to connect the smoke generated by heating the ropter to the glass bottle, at the mother conference of the trade name, 20:00 Units G of Ansan-si, Ansan-si. Around July 202, approximately 1g of philoopon was put above the alphopon on the day of Aluminium.
