On March 2018, the Defendant jointly purchased and sold phiphones in the front of the E bank located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and after receiving approximately KRW 400,000 from approximately 2g of philophones, the Defendant jointly purchased and sold philophones in the towing vehicle operated by G in front of the Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City on the same day by dividing 1g of philophones to B.

2. On May 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones from the first convenience store in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Seoul, with approximately KRW 400,000 and a approximately KRW 2g of philophones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 2018, the Defendant administered drugs by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and K’s residence, and dilution with water.

B. On April 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the same place as Paragraph A, at the beginning 2018, in the same manner as Paragraph A.
