A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 817"

1. At around 13:40 on June 12, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim C, a police officer, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report that a drunk person was at the construction site at the construction site of the KT&G Kim branch located at the center of Kim Jong-si, 247-1, and reported to the victim C, who was a police officer, in the location where the reporter D was located, with the view that “the flasium, flag, dead, flag, flag, flag, and flag, who was exposed to the above victim.” Although the Defendant received a check from the said victim, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by continuing to perform his/her abusive language over several occasions.

On June 18, 2015, from around 02:40 to around 04:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) had no intent or ability to pay the FF’s “G” entertainment tavern 1; (b) the Defendant, having ordered alcohol and alcohol and to pay the FF the said payment; and (c) had no intent or capacity to pay F the said payment, he/she had been provided by F with 15 bottles, fruits and fats, and female employees, and had acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 350,00 in total by being provided by F.

3. Interference with business;

A. On June 12, 2015, at around 00:40 on June 12, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force, the victim J, who is the owner of the business, without drinking the Defendant.

B. On June 18, 2015, around 06:30 on June 18, 2015, the Defendant expressed that 10 employees are in front of the MO office for the operation of the Victim L in K at Kim Jong-si, and obstructed the operation of L’s office by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

3. On June 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at the manager of the Oscper in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si; (b) when Scmarket business owner is shouldered, the Victim P who delivered alcoholic beverages was reported to the police; and (c) when taking a bath, the Defendant was under the influence of the driver’s seat of the truck owned by P while reporting to the police.
