Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2015, around 01:40 on March 26, 2015, the Defendants: (a) arrived at the entrance of the other interest apartment in E around 01:45, in the front side of Busan Shipping Daegu (hereinafter referred to as “the 45-year-old taxi”); (b) the said victim and the Si expenses were imposed on the cab fee.

2. 피해자 F에 대하여 피고인들은 위 일시장소에서 그 광경을 지켜보던 택시기사인 피해자 F(40세)에게 행인들이 들을 수 있을 정도의 큰소리로 “뭘 보느냐. 씹할 놈아. 꺼져라.”라는 등의 욕설을 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to publicly insult the said victim.

3. As to the victim G, the victim G (the age 46), who is a police officer of the Shipping Police Station H police station, was called to the above site after receiving a report by C, and was demanded to explain the circumstances leading up to the Defendant’s desire to restrain the Defendants from taking a bath and to the punishment for trial expenses.

Then, Defendant B expressed his desire to “Ipam farch farch, farch farch farch farch farch farch farch farch farch farch farch far. farch farch farch farch farch.” Defendant A also expressed his desire to “Ispherbly farced by a police officer, at the large interest of the above victim.”

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to publicly insult the said victim.
