A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled the marijuana as follows:

On August 22, 2016, around 18:09, the Defendant transferred 0.76875728BTC ( approximately KRW 510,000) to the temporary domicile of H, non-co-owner, and on the same day, the Defendant found approximately 2g of hemp, hidden by the seller, when the housing near the F Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City was cut off.

On September 17:12, 2016, the Defendant transferred 1.29546402BC (as approximately KRW 900,000) to the temporary domicile of i.29546402BC (as of September 17:12, 2016). On the same day, the Defendant found about about 5g of hemp that the seller concealed when the house near the F Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City was cut off.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana 4 times.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:45, 2016, posted approximately 1g of marijuana in the Defendant’s residence at the time of Jingu B7, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and smoked as smoking.

B. On August 4, 2016, around 22:20 on August 4, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:20, posted approximately 2g of marijuana in the Defendant’s residence and smoke as smoking tobacco.

On August 22, 2016, around 20:30 on August 22, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 2g of marijuana paper in the Defendant’s residence, and smoke as smoking tobacco.
