Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendants' exercise of their right to defense, part of the facts charged were revised in accordance with the evidence relationship.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On July 2017, the Defendants purchased marijuana in a way that, by accessing the Internet site’s “F”, the Defendants agreed to pay and purchase marijuana purchase the 3g 3g 4,50,000 won from the seller who was unable to know his/her name, and then transfers the purchase price to the address designated by the said seller, and then, at around 24:00 on the same day, the said seller purchased marijuana by a telephone at a place where his/her address is unknown, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Seoul”) and the said seller was able to find the marijuana contained in the transparent spaf that is hidden therein.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase marijuana.

2) On September 8, 2017, at the same time, the Defendants connected G to the above Etel 713, and agreed to pay and purchase marijuana 3g 3g 390,000 won from the seller who was unable to know his name, and then transferred the purchase price for marijuana to the address of the seller designated by the said seller, and then purchased marijuana 1 by means of searching marijuana at the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government where the said seller’s address is unknown at around 24:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants purchased marijuana in collusion with G.

B. The Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana 1) on July 201, 2017, and around 20:00, the Defendants: (a) obstructed each of the instant Etels 513; and (b) smoked marijuana in a way that smokes by inserting the following fire: (c) inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana in:

2) On July 2017, the Defendants conspireded to smoke marijuana in a manner of smoking, inserting each of their own tobacco in the place described in the said paragraph and inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana inside the said place, and attaching a fire to the said smoke.
