Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B is a lessor who owns a store in F commercial buildings, and Defendant C is a one-story operator of the first floor shop for the interest of a lessor who owns a store in the same commercial building, and Defendant A is an apartment management officer, Defendant A is a person who has a relationship with Defendant B, respectively.
1. No one shall make a contribution on behalf of a person who intends to become a candidate in connection with an election, make a contribution to another person, or have another person elected as a candidate or not elected as a candidate in connection with an intra-party competition, or provide money, entertainment or other property benefits to a competition elector, with the intention of having another person cast a vote for voting;
Nevertheless, in order to help the members of the National Assembly H, who moved in the 19th presidential election at the 19th presidential candidate in G political party, to be elected as the candidates for the 19th presidential candidate in G political party, Defendant B recruited the members of the fluenent relationship with Defendant A and C to participate in the voting and, on the 25th day of the same month, decided that if the said persons are at least 19 years of age, anyone can participate in the fluent voting at the party competition in the G political party in the Gwangju-gu area where anyone can participate and vote for H, and that the bus saving and meal expenses for convenience in the movement of the participants are all to be borne by Defendant B.
Accordingly, the Defendants recruited people to participate in the competition at the party competition in the Gwangju metropolitan area G party, and on March 22, 2017, Defendant B substituted the passenger tourist bus with 45 passengers getting off Gwangju to provide transportation convenience to the participants, on March 23, 2017, Defendant A paid KRW 500,000 to Defendant A, and on March 24, 201, KRW 250,000 to Defendant C as expenses.

A and C around 07:00 on March 25, 2017, around 07:0, 2017, 29 participants, including I, are allowed to board only one tourist bus that Defendant B pre-leaseded (standing cost of KRW 8.50,00) in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
