D On August 28, 2015, the Daegu District Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Seo-gu District Court's Branch Branch, and the sentence was finalized on September 5, 2015.

1. Defendants A, B, and G related to the first operation of the F Gameland is the actual business owner of the “F Gameland” on the first floor of Seogugu H H, Seo-gu. 가. 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C의 등급 분류 받은 내용과 다른 내용의 게임 물 이용제공 공동 범행 피고인 A, 피고인 B, 피고인 C은 G, I, 성명을 알 수 없는 야간 관리자와 공동하여, 2015. 2. 4. 경부터 2015. 3. 3. 15:10까지 위 ‘F 게임 랜드 ’에서 ‘ 슈퍼 마린’ 게임 기 20대, ‘ 아쿠아’ 게임 기 16대, ‘ 넘버 포’ 게임 기 20대를 설치하고, 당초 등급 분류를 받은 내용과 다르게 위 ‘ 넘버 포’ 게임 기의 게임 진행 과정에서 정산 내역을 저장하는 파일 내용 중 ‘TOTAL 투입금액’ 부분에 ‘YOU WIN' 애니메이션 출현 횟수를 기록하며, 그 기록된 숫자에 따라 게임 재시작 시 출현하는 캐릭터의 숫자와 종류가 달라지도록 하여 게임기 조작 버튼 위에 게임 자동 진행장치인 일명 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 올려놓으면 게임이 자동으로 실행되면서 우연적이고 자동적으로 손님들이 획득한 점수가 누적되도록 하는 방법으로 등급 분류를 받은 게임 물과 다른 내용의 게임 물을 손님들의 이용에 제공하였다.
