The appeal of this case is dismissed.
Purport of request and purport of appeal
The decision of the first instance court shall be revoked. The decision of the respondent against the applicant on December 11, 2017 (from December 19, 2017 to April 18, 2017) shall suspend its effect until the 15th day from the date the Seoul Administrative Court rendered a decision of the appellate court in 2017Guhap8237 case.
Reasons
It is not deemed that there is no urgent need to suspend the validity of the disposition stated in the purport of the application submitted by the applicant, which could cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant due to the validity of the disposition.
Therefore, the decision of the court of first instance dismissing the instant application is just and without merit, and it is so dismissed as per Disposition.
