On December 8, 2016, the respondent's disposition to revoke the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises and to restrict the acquisition of eligibility to participate (six months) by applicants on December 8, 2016 shall be suspended until this Court 2017Nu7663 case is sentenced

According to the evidence submitted by the applicant, it is deemed that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage that may arise to the applicant due to the disposition entered in the order, and otherwise, there is no data to be deemed that the suspension of the above disposition may seriously affect public welfare due to the suspension of validity of the above disposition. Thus, it is deemed that the applicant seeks suspension of the disposition entered in the order not later than the date of the final judgment of the court of final appeal in the relevant criminal case, but this seems to be inconsistent with the time when the judgment on the merits of the case entered in the order becomes final and conclusive, and the termination period of the suspension of execution can be freely determined by the court
