A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 20:50 on November 22, 2019, the Defendant sought to purchase 2 bottles from “D convenience store” in the operation of the victim C (n, 52 years of age) located in Jeju-si, but at the same time, the Defendant was able to say that the said victim would not sell the Defendant’s alcohol because the Defendant was in the face of the disturbance, thereby making the Defendant at the same time, and thereby, obstructed the operation of the said victim’s convenience store by force from the above date to about 21:00 on the same day.

B. At around 23:00 on February 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stated that the “G” operated by the victim F (the 40-year-old age) “G” in the Jeju-si; (b) the said victim prevented the Defendant, thereby threatening the said victim from putting the Defendant into custody; and (c) threatened the said victim with spawning the coffee used in hand, and spawn without a voice; and (d) interfered with the operation of the party room of the said victim by force between approximately 40 minutes and around 23:40 minutes on the same day from the above date to 23:40 on the same day.

C. On February 14, 2020, the Defendant was above 23:00.

Around 20 minutes from the above date to 23:20 minutes from the victim F (the age of 40) who was likely to cause the Defendant to go to the “G” as stated in the port, and the Defendant spawded the horses that he would go to the above spath from the victim F (the age of 40), and obstructed the operation of the party spath by force of approximately 20 minutes from the above 1st day to 23:20 minutes of the day.

2. On February 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on February 1, 202; (b) around 1:40.
