Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 High Court Decision 1290]

A. (1) On October 19, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the said business establishment by force for ten minutes, including: (a) the Defendant, within the D business establishment located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on October 19, 2015; (b) the victim E ( South and the age of 34) is running the counter-business of the said customer; (c) the victim E (the remaining and the age of 34) without any justifiable reason; and (d) return to the business establishment; and (e) the victim intending to drink the drugs of other customers on the flag.

(2) On October 19, 2015, at G agency located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the said business establishment by force for 15 minutes, including: (a) the Defendant: (b) the victim H (Vs, 30 years old); (c) the victim H (Vs, 30 years old); (d) the victim Habing a mobile phone; and (e) the victim’s walling on a large scale; and (e) the victim’s walling in a large scale; and (e) the victim’s voiceing in a large scale.

(3) On October 19, 2015, at the J Burial located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 16:00, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victim’s business by force during the ten-minute period of ten-minute period, including: (a) the victim K ( South, 25 years old); (b) the victim K (North, and 25 years old); (c) and (d) the sound without any justifiable reason; (b) the booker on the book was laid up; and (c) the customer’s card was cut back.

B. Around October 19, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim when the victim L ( South, 44 years old) was drinking on the front side of the 100-gile church, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, about October 19, 2015.

(2) On October 19, 2015, around 11:10 on October 19, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim by pushing the victim N (V, 68 years of age) in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, by pushing the shoulder in his hand without any justifiable reason.

[2016 High 1786] The Defendant, from October 19, 2015 to October 19:25, 2015, at the subway station station station of subway 2 located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO from around 19:05 to around 19:25 of the same day, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, expressed a large amount of desire to the service personnel in his/her country, and made the development of the route, Q.
